9月23日(日)早朝の、秋晴れに映える妙高山です。教室西側からの撮影。
This Mt. Myoko glowing in autumn sky was taken a picture of from the west side of LL Shihoya Arai School in the early morning on Sunday, September 23rd.
ふれあい会館北側からの、いつもの桜並木です。遠く中央がLLシホヤ新井教室です。

Rは店番の合間を縫って、「薔薇の花の蝋燭」を作りました。ケーキ、料理、園芸、メダカの繁殖…器用なものです。私は？…うーん。
R made “rose-shaped candles” at the store office while serving the customers. She is clever with her hands as well as making cakes, cooking, gardening, breeding killifish, etc. indeed. How about me? – Umm.
ずっと鼻風邪が治りませんでしたが、シルバー連休のおかげで、やっと元気になりました。
I had a runny-nose for a couple of weeks, but thanks to Silver-Holidays, I was able to take a rest, getting better at last.
根気よく、「新井有線放送での英語のおしゃべり６年分」を読書用に編集していました。出来上がったら、お知らせいたしますね。
Instead, I was editing “The articles for 6 years of Yoshy’s English Corners in Arai Yusen Broadcasting” for reading. Let me tell you here when this work is finished.

答え： The spelling in all caps indicates a *backronym, America's Missing Broadcasting Emergency Response.
直訳すると、「アメリカの」・「行方不明の」・「放送」・「緊急」・「対応」となります。和訳は、「(特に子供の)行方不明者に関する緊急対応システム」 (from GENIUS英和辞典４版)
なお、問題とは無関係で、… “amber”：琥珀(こはく)、琥珀色 / “an amber light”：(英) = 黄信号 = (米) = a yellow light
*backronym：バクロニム：ある単語の各文字を使って、新たに頭字語としての意味を持たせたもの。(From Wikipedia)
